Friday night, a bunch of 817 cats came northbound. I wore a thrifted tank top that I borrowed from my roomate and bessfren Talia, vintage thrifted Wrangler cutoff jorts, a Simply Vera by Vera Wang necklace, a purse I got at Khols, and some not pictured UO gladiator sandals.

Basically, I’m doing this because I feel like I’m at a sort of critical juncture in my life. I turn twenty in July. My teenage years are coming to a close, and the next chapter of my life is beginning. I guess I just want to document that. Over the next couple of months, I’ll move out of my mom’s house for the first time, into a house an hour away with my best friends in Denton, TX. In the fall, I’ll start college. And the way time passes by so quickly, before I know it, I’ll find myself knee deep in the formative years of young adulthood.
